A former Augustinian convent of medieval origin, whose present building went up in the 16th and 17th centuries, with the north wing finished in the 18th. Francisco Colom directed the enlargement of the cloister in 1597, and in 1695 the new church was laid out with its bell tower. After the confiscations it passed into private hands, and today it stands abandoned and decaying.

To count people rather than clicks, we keep a one-way code derived from your connection and browser for at most 48 hours and then delete it; what remains is totals per page that identify no one. We never store your IP. We also use Plausible, analytics hosted in the European Union that likewise sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, to learn which sites send readers here and how many searches are run, never what is searched for.
