A hexagonal two-storey bullring forming a single block, with twenty-four dwellings on the outside and the ring in the inner courtyard. Work began in 1752 to ease overcrowding in the mining town and to pay for the Real Hospital de Mineros with the rent from the houses; the first bullfights were held that October with the building unfinished, and the works ended in 1765. It has been a national historic-artistic monument since 1979 and belongs to the Union of Historic Bullrings.
