A town house that Alonso de Pina IV, the most influential figure of the local nobility, built in 1575 beside the archpriest church of the Asunción. In 1793 it belonged to the Count of Cirat and later to the Marquises of Montortal. The town council bought it in 1992 and, after restoring it, made it its seat in 1996.
