A former Cistercian convent, built by the archdeacon of Arévalo Juan Sánchez and turned into a hospital by Pedro de Calatayud, dean of Ávila, in the first decade of the 16th century. Of the collapsed building only the portal of that time remains, with two round arches between Gothic crest pinnacles and Renaissance-style foliage. It stood opposite the vanished church of Santo Domingo.
