The Benedictine monastery founded before 812, badly damaged in 1655 when the bell tower, the Romanesque cloister and part of the church were destroyed. What can be seen today comes from the rebuilding: the late Gothic façade of the church is of the 16th century, the rest of the church of the 17th, the bell tower of 1692 to 1699 and the Neoclassical cloister of the 18th century. Among its pieces is a Baroque organ of the 18th century.
