The convent of the Minims, founded on 25 November 1607 under the invocation of Saint Francis of Paola, whose works began in the first months of 1608 and ran into the first decades of the 18th century. It is a Baroque building of irregular plan, raised over houses and yards of the town. Since the exclaustration of 1835 the church has served the parish and the convent buildings have been put to cultural uses.
