A hall church with three naves, built in stages between 1545 and 1609 by the architects Juan Sánchez del Pozo, Hernando del Pozo and Antonio de las Heras. Its rib vaults of late Gothic design rest on cylindrical piers, and the main doorway, on the south front, and the west front are Renaissance. The tower, attached to the east end, ends in a spire covered with lead and slate.
