Role
Town of the Empordà with the fortress of San Fernando

Figueras, a town with charters since 1267, saw the castle of San Fernando rise on its hill from the first stone of 1753, for which the Capuchin convent of San Roque had to be moved. The French held the castle during the War of Independence and handed it back in June 1814.

To count people rather than clicks, we keep a one-way code derived from your connection and browser for at most 48 hours and then delete it; what remains is totals per page that identify no one.
