The former Nasrid madrasa, which Fernando II gave to the city council in 1500: between 1500 and 1513 the hall of the Caballeros XXIV, with its Mudéjar ceiling, was added. Between 1722 and 1729 José de Bada y Navajas almost rebuilt it in the Baroque style, and the decoration around the façade windows and its painted decoration date from that work; only the Nasrid oratory was kept. It belongs to the University of Granada and reopened to the public at the end of 2011.

We count visits ourselves, with no cookies and nothing stored on your device. To count people rather than clicks, we keep a one-way code derived from your connection and browser for at most 48 hours and then delete it; what remains is totals per page that identify no one. We never store your IP. We also use Plausible, analytics hosted in the European Union that likewise sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, to learn which sites send readers here and how many searches are run, never what is searched for.
