A pleasure residence of the Hieronymite monks of the monastery of Guadalupe, in brick covered with mortar in the "Guadalupe manner". The original building is thought to go back to Father Yáñez, who died in 1412, but it was remodelled between 1551 and 1554, and the courtyard, with Renaissance arcades on two floors, is attributed to those works. It has a chapel with a Gothic-Mudéjar coffered ceiling.
