A house of two floors with a flat roof, patio and yard, built in the 18th century, its façade mainly of late Baroque elements, to which Juan Ramón Jiménez moved around 1886 as a child and where he lived until he was 26. It has been a house museum since 1956, was closed from 2001 to 2007 for a full restoration and reopened on 26 December 2007. It holds the poet's library and periodicals, and Platero's manger is in the yard.

We count visits ourselves, with no cookies and nothing stored on your device. To count people rather than clicks, we keep a one-way code derived from your connection and browser for at most 48 hours and then delete it; what remains is totals per page that identify no one. We never store your IP. We also use Plausible, analytics hosted in the European Union that likewise sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, to learn which sites send readers here and how many searches are run, never what is searched for.
