A church of 11th-century origin that is mostly of the 17th century: a single nave with twelve side chapels and a Gothic bell tower of the 16th century. From the early 18th century date the Baroque chapel of the Santo Cristo and the high altarpiece by Jacint Morató and Josep Sunyer, which was not finished until the end of that century. It served as a market during the Civil War, was restored under César Martinell, has been a minor basilica since 1949 and houses the permanent exhibition Fulgentia.
