A single-nave church in the plaza de la Pastora, built in the late 18th century by Esteban Cróquer and one of the oldest in the city. It has a front with pilasters and a triangular pediment, a barrel vault with no transept or dome, and a Neoclassical high altarpiece by Ángel Bugatto, where the Virgen de la Divina Pastora, co-patron of San Fernando, is shown.
