The palace-fortress that Lluís d'Icart began to build in 1565 on the highest point of the town, square in plan and fortified at the corners, with an arcaded courtyard and a doorway of Tuscan columns. The upper floors were added in the 17th and 18th centuries. It declined from the 18th century, was rehabilitated in 1998 and is now the seat of the town hall.
