The convent of Cistercian nuns founded in 1613 by Cardinal Bernardo de Sandoval y Rojas, archbishop of Toledo, built between 1617 and 1626 and now attributed to Juan Gómez de Mora. It was badly damaged in the fire of 1939. The nuns left in 2000, and it houses a museum of religious art.
