A medieval Benedictine abbey, with a Romanesque cloister of the 12th century and a church that moves from Romanesque to Gothic. In the second half of the 16th century that cloister gained an upper floor of round arches on Tuscan capitals, and in the same century the entrance atrium. In the 18th century the abbot's palace was almost entirely rebuilt, and in 1798 Abbot Josep Gregori de Montero closed the presbytery with a marble balustrade.
