Arsenal of the Citadel that Felipe V had built after the War of the Spanish Succession, the work of Jorge Próspero de Verboom between 1716 and 1748. French classicist in style, with a cruciform plan and arcades on the front. It survived the demolition of the fortress (1869), was reworked by Pedro Falqués for the 1888 Exhibition, and since 1977 has been the seat of the Parliament of Catalonia.
