The neoclassical town house that the Baron of Savassona began to build in 1782 between carrer de la Canuda and carrer del Bot, and that his son completed with the façade of 1796. It is heavily altered: of the original building there remain the entrance courtyard with its covered staircase, the ceiling paintings by Francisco Pla, "El Vigatà", in the library, and the garden at the back. Since 1905 it has been the seat of the Ateneu Barcelonès.
