The Baroque Jesuit church, also known as the church of the Preciosa Sangre, built with the adjoining convent on the fortune of a Jesuit of the Figueroa family. Work ran from 1698 to 1755 under Pedro Sánchez Lobato, and the façade, with two towers, was remodelled in 1992. Worship no longer takes place inside, and the crypt houses the Centro de Interpretación de la Semana Santa.
