The Gothic cathedral of the 13th century, whose west and south façades and much of whose vaulting come from the great restoration of the 19th century. Of the centuries of the period it is carded here for the Plateresque trascoro, which Juan de Badajoz el Mozo designed and which was finished between 1560 and 1590, with alabaster reliefs by Esteban Jordán. In 1631 part of the crossing fell, and Juan de Naveda covered it with a dome that the works begun in 1859 took down.
