The house-palace that Pedro Suárez de Quiñones and Juana González de Bazán built in the 14th century beside the city wall, of which the central block of the façade survives. In the middle of the 16th century the fourth count of Luna, Claudio Fernández Vigil de Quiñones, began a deep reform, and Catalina Pimentel added the three-storey Renaissance tower. It housed the Inquisition tribunal; restored, it is used for temporary exhibitions.
