An octagonal pond of the Buen Retiro from the first half of the 17th century, later than 1633, though its exact date is unknown. Its small temple was lost in the Peninsular War, and the Chinese-style ornament Isidro González Velázquez added was blown down by the tornado of 1886. It was excavated and restored in 2010.

To count people rather than clicks, we keep a one-way code derived from your connection and browser for at most 48 hours and then delete it; what remains is totals per page that identify no one.
