A Dominican convent and college that Fernando de Loazes founded in 1547, nicknamed «the Escorial of Levante». The main chapel was built in 1553, the church portal was finished in 1561, and the shield on the east façade carries the date 1562. The Baroque university cloister went up between 1727 and 1737, and the building is still a school today.
