The church of the Jesuit college of San Matías, whose foundation Archbishop Martín Carrillo Alderete signed in 1645. It was built mostly between 1646 and 1681, with Francisco Menéndez Camina among its masters, and consecrated in 1681; the top of the tower is 18th-century. It faces the Plaza de la Constitución beside the town hall and is a parish church; the college was demolished in 1873.
