The Gothic house of the Pacs family that passed to the Bergas in 1677 and that in 1760 Gabriel de Berga i Safortesa had turned, with the master mason Gabriel Pons, into a Baroque palace of French influence. Its façade has two balustraded balconies and the Berga coat of arms, and the courtyard is ringed by arcades. Sold to the Ministry of Justice in 1942, it has been the seat of the Audiencia Provincial since 1963.
