The parish church of San Sebastián, the best example of the Baroque in the Campoo district, built in ashlar on a 16th-century church whose central body seems to survive. Between 1754 and 1774 the tower, the portal and the dome were added, and an inscription on the portal records that the work was done in 1774, in the reign of Carlos III, at the expense of the town's common funds. The Baroque altarpieces inside are said to have been gilded with gold donated by the Count of Revillagigedo.
