A Plateresque house that Alfonso de Fonseca had built in 1500, according to its article, designed by Juan de Álava, on the calle de Tapiceros, now calle de Bordadores. Its Villamayor stone façade has four carved skulls under the upper windows and a medallion with Fonseca's bust. The popular name mixes legend and history: the skulls and a fourfold murder of the early 19th century.
