A towered palace in Gothic style with Renaissance windows, built for Fernán Álvarez Abarca, physician to the Catholic Monarchs, in the 16th century according to its article, which places it between the late 15th and the early 16th. The tower was lowered from 1671 and its present top dates from 1946; the courtyard was taken down and rebuilt in the restoration of 1970. It is now the seat of the Museo de Salamanca.
