A Poor Clare convent founded in 1238 that keeps few Gothic remains because it was reformed in the 16th century; at the start of the 18th the church was covered with a Baroque vault and received the main altarpiece by Joaquín de Churriguera. The nuns left at the end of 2019 and since 2020 it has been the Museum of Medieval Painting of Santa Clara, with 13th-century wall paintings in the lower choir. Platforms above the vaults give a close view of the original Mudéjar coffered ceiling.
