The Gothic cathedral, whose body went up between 1434 and 1506, received in the 16th century the Renaissance rooms that this card covers: the Sacristía Mayor (from 1535 to 1543 according to the most recent research), the Sala Capitular and the Capilla Real, which was begun in 1551 and was almost finished in 1575. The sacristy of the Cálices was completed in 1537, and in 1593 the church and its rooms were finished. The belfry of the Giralda, of 1558 to 1568, has a card of its own.

We count visits ourselves, with no cookies and nothing stored on your device. To count people rather than clicks, we keep a one-way code derived from your connection and browser for at most 48 hours and then delete it; what remains is totals per page that identify no one. We never store your IP. We also use Plausible, analytics hosted in the European Union that likewise sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, to learn which sites send readers here and how many searches are run, never what is searched for.
