A residence for elderly priests whose works began on 13 April 1676; the priests moved in on 20 June 1679 and the church of San Pedro y San Fernando was inaugurated on 17 May 1699, the year the building was finished. After the confiscation of 1841 it was a textile and match factory. In 1991 it opened as the seat of the Focus foundation, and since October 2025 the cathedral chapter has held it for a museum.
