A noble house whose construction began in the 15th century and which the articles date to the 16th; between the 18th and 20th centuries it was remodelled and extended. In 1901 the Countess of Lebrija restored it for her collection of antiquities, with Roman mosaics paving almost the whole ground floor. It has been a museum since 1999: the ground floor can be visited freely and the upper floor with a guide.

We count visits ourselves, with no cookies and nothing stored on your device. To count people rather than clicks, we keep a one-way code derived from your connection and browser for at most 48 hours and then delete it; what remains is totals per page that identify no one. We never store your IP. We also use Plausible, analytics hosted in the European Union that likewise sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, to learn which sites send readers here and how many searches are run, never what is searched for.
