A convent of Dominican nuns founded in 1364 by Inés García de Meneses and enclosed from the start. Of these years are the new church, built between 1566 and 1575 to a design that seems to be by Diego de Velasco de Ávila, and the Mona cloister of 1583, now used by the Comendadoras de Santiago. The church has a porch of four Doric columns, a nave with a pseudo-elliptical dome and a Baroque high altarpiece of the 17th century.
