A rural palace of two storeys with two square towers on the north façade, which the bachiller Pedro Ruiz de Erenchun seems to have had built around 1621, engaging Pedro and Juan de Eguinoa, of Elguea. It stands facing the church, which occupies the highest point of Zurbano, a few kilometres from Vitoria; the coat of arms of Isabel Ortiz de Zurbano over the door is later and the additions have been turned into housing.
