A Renaissance town house of the 16th century whose architect and first owner are unknown; the Morlanes family of sculptors has been suggested, without documentary proof. Only the brick façade survives, with plaster decoration finished in 1555 and windows flanked by estípites; the interior has been renewed entirely.
