A limestone fountain that Ramón Pignatelli had built beside the Casablanca locks, as an answer to those who laughed at the Imperial Canal project; it was inaugurated in December 1786. It is a plain basin, halfway between Baroque classicism and Neoclassicism, with the motto that gives it its name and the year in Roman numerals. The Imperial Canal authority restored it in 2020.
