The bridge of the Vía de la Plata over the Tormes, 358 metres long. Of its twenty-six arches, the fifteen on the town side are Roman; the rest were rebuilt after the San Policarpo flood of 1626. When it was built is not known exactly: it is placed between Augustus and Vespasian, though others put it under Trajan and Hadrian. It has been pedestrian since 1973.

To count people rather than clicks, we keep a one-way code derived from your connection and browser for at most 48 hours and then delete it; what remains is totals per page that identify no one.
