The convent of Colettine Poor Clares that Felipe III and Margarita of Austria took under their patronage, with church and cloister designed by Francisco de Mora and directed by Diego de Praves. Works began while the court was in Valladolid, from 1601 to 1606, and the Baroque high altarpiece was made between 1610 and 1615. It is still an enclosed convent, and its cloister opened to visitors only for the exhibition of 2007.
